Searching Beyond Limitation: A Yogic Reflection on Jonathan Livingston Seagull
Most of our lives are spent searching—searching for food, employment, money, security, and recognition. Yet only a few pause to search for the deeper meaning
Aanandi Jeevan is a movement dedicated to helping every individual experience a life of utmost bliss, balance, and inner transformation. Rooted in ancient wisdom and holistic wellbeing practices, we create meaningful spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves and realize the true essence of happiness.
The word “Aanandi” means Bliss, and “Jeevan” means Life. Together, Aanandi Jeevan represents a Blissful Life — a life lived with awareness, peace, authenticity, and inner fulfillment.
At Aanandi Jeevan, we offer a wide spectrum of practices including Āsana, Prāṇāyāma, Dhāraṇā, and Dhyāna, designed through personalized approaches that support the unique physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of each individual. Our sessions are intended not only for physical well-being, but also for cultivating awareness, harmony, and conscious living.
As part of our healing offerings, we also provide Reiki Healing and Sound Healing sessions that support emotional release, energetic balance, and deep relaxation. These healing modalities help individuals process unresolved emotions, reduce inner disturbances, and restore a sense of clarity and peace.
At its core, Aanandi Jeevan is not about giving happiness from the outside, but about guiding individuals toward discovering the bliss that already exists within them. We simply become a medium in your journey of self-exploration and inner awakening.
This vision is also inspired by your authentic yogic journey, grounded in traditional Yoga studies, healing sciences, and experiential understanding.

I am Korapati Sravan Sai, a Yoga educator and researcher who came into Yoga not by plan, but through a deep search for meaning and understanding life beyond career and achievements.
My academic background began in engineering, and I completed my Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering. After graduation, I worked as a Software Engineer, following what felt like a conventional career path. But somewhere inside, there was always a feeling that I was searching for something more.
A major turning point came when I read The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. That book inspired me deeply and opened questions inside me that I had never asked before. Wanting to understand more, I started searching for spiritual books and exploring different ideas. Around that time, through spiritual content and conversations, I came across the Autobiography of a Yogi.
That book completely changed my thought process. It felt less like I was reading the book and more like the book was reading me. Something shifted inside.
Around that period, I started a very simple meditation practice that I discovered naturally for myself — simply observing the gap between two thoughts. What began as curiosity slowly became a daily practice, and I continue it even today.
As this inner journey deepened, after my five working days in corporate life, every Saturday and Sunday for nearly a year, I started going to Sri Ramakrishna Mission, Halasuru. There, I had the opportunity to meet Swami Muktipada, whose teachings and guidance became an important influence in my life. Through him, I was introduced to ideas like the relationship between the microcosm and macrocosm, deeper spiritual inquiry, and practical wisdom for living. His stories, teachings, and advice slowly shaped my thinking and played an important role in leading me toward where I am today.
Over time, my search kept becoming deeper and deeper. Eventually, it led me to make one of the biggest decisions of my life — stepping away from my engineering career and moving wholeheartedly toward Yoga.
That path brought me to Kaivalyadhama, where I pursued my Master’s in Yogashastra. What was once a small seed of curiosity slowly found water, direction, and strong roots there. Yoga stopped being something I was learning — it became the foundation through which I understand life.
Today, through teaching and sharing Yoga, my intention is simple — to help people experience Yoga not only as movement or exercise, but as a path toward awareness, balance, clarity, and inner growth.
Yoga did not become part of my life. It slowly became my way of living.
